Going-Going, Back-Back To Nola, NOLA!

Back to Nola!! I had just came back from New Orleans in February and when I got the opportunity to go to Essence Festival, I jumped on it. Essence Festival is one of those lifetime events that you want to witness at least once in your lifetime. Essence gives you the pillar of black news and an marvelous festival filled with empowerment seminars, great concerts, and individuals uniting in a room full of other inspiring people. 

This year was the biggest Essence Festival and I can barely contain my excitement.  When my squad and I walked into the convention center, it was like magic.  It was a feeling of empowerment, thinking you can conquer the world,  that feeling of pure BLACK EXCELLENCE.  There was so much activities and long lines in the convention center. I loved it!!! However, I had to pace myself and prioritize because I wanted to do everythangggg!!

I’m looking forward to next year’s ESSENCE Fest, but only as a working style influencer on one of the panels. It was an inspiring space to be in with so much brilliance, so many dope people, and good music. It’s a win!! Love y'all and talk to you later!
