It’s my Birthday Week and I felt the need to create a gratitude list. When life gets tough, it’s easy to forget what we have that’s going right. We’ve all faced dark hours, where we rapidly lose hope, but with a gratitude list we can regain our happiness. Right now I want to focus my attention on the positive things in my life and wanted to take a moment to reflect on them:
I am grateful for……
life- only got one
my family- they’re my biggest supporters
my home- winter has been harsh so I need that protective covering
brownie & diamond- cutest and sweetest dogs
good health- can’t do anything without it
sight- my ability to see the beauty in the world
food- love to eat
ms. fraser- for giving me a career
my blog- there’s no Alecia without it
sunshine- boosts my energy
exercise- makes me feel good to move my body
amy- for always being supportive and kind
my friends- for being genuine
tony- best man & friend in the wholeeee universe
I can go on and on with this list but this is what I wanted to share at the moment. Thanks for reading.
